No problems on 2025030900 with my Pixel 6a, Pixel 7 and Pixel Tablet so far.
GrapheneOS version 2025030900 released
nesakysiu1 We could give it a new icon later but it's also not only going to be a terminal app but rather a VM management app able to run GUI applications. Initial GUI support is shipping with our next release.
I seem to be getting a FileNotFound error when trying to download the image in the terminal app...

Upon launching the terminal and pressing Install
, I keep receiving the message:
"Failed to install. Please try again"
I am on the latest release and have a stable network connection so not quite sure what's happening here.
yore same here :/
yore raccoondad even with VPN off or after allowing connections outside the VPN?
I noticed that Charging Optimization Limit to 80% stopped working for me on this update and the previous one before that.
With this new terminal app we can access Android files like in older terminal apps (basically using commands like "ls", "cp" and other unix commands) or is not the purpose of this app?
This update bricked Bluetooth on my Pixel 6a the same as 2025030800.
Resetting Bluetooth and WIFI via system settings resolved this problem.
cdflasdkesalkjfkdfkjsdajfd The android downloads folder is mounted to /mnt/shared dont seem to be able to share others at the moment though.
Hello Folks, I understand that the Terminal app is mainly dedicated to running virtual environments on the Pixels. I have no use for such functionality but I use ConnectBot to ssh my servers. Is there any advantage to using the Terminal app and dropping ConnectBot ?
In the release notes it says you can turn off the developer options and the changes there will stay enabled but my experience has been that the changes have not stayed on if I turn the developer options off. The setting specifically was to make animations 0.5x. Will have to test again to be sure or if it has been fixed.
whiskeywalrus You can enable the Linux terminal app, and then disable developer options and it will stay available.
The release notes don't state that any developer option will stay on.
chfour strange. Maybe try disabling the terminal and trying again?

I can download this.
memyselfandi Sounds like maybe you had an issue that was fixed after the latest release. I think other people fixed the issue by resetting Bluetooth settings just like you did.

other8026 Correct. I only tried this without a VPN but it worked just now. The only difference I noted was that when it was failing it showed the download size as 550 MB, and now it showed as 565 MB (which I believe is the correct value).
In any case, I don't know what the cause was or how it can be solved besides to keep trying at different times.
Can confirm it works now. I'm guessing Google temporarily took down the file because of a sudden traffic spike...
