N1b if you close the profile the password is required. If you close the PS, now the password is not required.
I have tried private space and is still buggy.
Also, when you close private space then open again you can unlock using the fingerprint, not the password. This is a security risk IMOtemporarily revert putting Private Space data at rest when locking it because some users want to be able to unlock it with their fingerprint so we need to make this into a toggle rather than hard-wired (will be added back in a near future release as an option)
There is a toggle at private space settings (unlock with fingerprint if my memory do not fails) that allows to do that but is not working at all now (at least in last stable (Nov 07).
digital y es, you can
Why is GrapheneOS using an older version of the GalleryApp instead of use the latest version, the same that uses (by example) LineageOS that is updated to use Material UI and a more modern UI?
I have tried Glimse, from LineageOS, in GOS (A15) and is working very well, but the editor can't be updated due to uses the same package name (gallery3d) that the one in GOS.
Tried Private Space for 2-3 days. I don't know if is a Google issue or a Graphene issue, but I think Private Space is still buggy. For now I've retourned to my previous environment: main user + secondary user
With I open some of my Private Space apps then I click back to return to the apps list, the stock launcher, including only the apps in Private Space, is displayed, even if I use other Launcher (Niagara) in my normal profile.
I have tried to change to the stock launcher in normal space and the issue still persist when I open some apps in PS.
This occurs for some apps, specially for MiDGT app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dgt.midgt
(you can test without any account: only open in PS then click back 2 times to exit)- Edited
tree-barker I had this issue this morning. I had to uninstall Play Store from GrapheneOS Apps then reinstall again to solve the issue.
My logcat, for developers: https://pastebin.com/CUCVpBhm

Xtreix If someone takes my phone and wants to access the private space, they can force me to enter my fingerprint, but if I have to enter the password, I can use the Duress option to erase the device; but the password is only requested once
secrec yes, but for now, I think privacy will be compromised due to the PS cannot be locked with password if you configure fingerprint to access some apps in the PS.

secrec you can use LocalSend to send files BTW normal and privacy spaces. It's working very well.
But if it's not visible, I do not understand the answer from UndercoverBozo ...
UndercoverBozo is accessible the private space download folder from the normal space?
Why Private Space unlock requires password only first time that's unlocked and no every time?
Is there a way to do not unlock private space using the fingerprint but configure fingerprint to unlock some apps in private space? I have set private space to be unlocked by password and fingerprint settings to do not be used to unlock the device but when I unlock private space the fingerprint unlock is displayed instead of the keyboard.
ThanksCan apps be installed via adb in private space or via copying it from the main profile, like to other users, or the only way to do it is via a store, like Play Store or Aurora?
zzz I'm using my own instance of NextCloud to sync my photos and other files from my Android, but now I need to send some files from my infrastructure to my Android each day and Nextcloud do not offers it
GrapheneOS recommended alternatives? thanks
