GrapheneOS

Quick question: the release notes don't seem to indicate this, but should we try to skip 0800 and go straight to 0900?

(and is that even possible?)

If you are manually installing OTA images, I'd suggest skipping. Otherwise, it should be fine to let System Updater carry out its mission.

Just woke up and my issue with the work profile from last alpha is fixed and the data in it is not corrupted which is great. Thanks again GrapheneOS team!

Will this release come to beta and stable channels? Or will there be more alpha releases until Android 14 comes to stable channel?

Lukas "Releases are tested by the developers and are then pushed out via the Alpha channel. The release is then pushed out via the Beta channel shortly afterwards. Finally, the release is then pushed out via the Stable channel after being tested by some users using the Beta channel."

Yes. Like previous releases, it will release on the Beta and Stable channels after Alpha channel testing.

Unless the devs want to fix important bugs before they port it to the Beta and then Stable channels. Then a new release would be created and be pushed in the Alpha ...

Eirikr70 Yes. That falls under the part where I said "...after Alpha channel testing."

Hello, turn off bluetooth automatically after 2min doesn't work. Bluetooth stays on. The issue started with A14.

Wiping/Clearing data of "MTP Host" system app still breaks MTP entirely until factory reset is performed.

Reboot hasn't helped, but what works is set it to never and than set preferable duration, basically after update it ignore previous settings. Consider it fixed.

            Uhhhh

My phone just updated and after rebooting by itself the build number still reads 2023100300.
Is it possible it rolled back or decided to discard the update somehow?

working fine for me. haven't seen any bug for now.

Post-update, wallpapers won't apply. The settings show a wallpaper is selected but no matter what, it's always a solid black.

Well, it rebooted again, and it went straight to 0900.

GrapheneOS Wonderful timely update graphene team. Kudos to you guys. You have stayed ahead of even some of the Third Party Big tech companies like Samsung / OnePlus/ Xiaomi on this thing. What you have achieved as a community driven project is commendable over the money that those big-tech companies have and probably they will push the Android 14 update much later this year behind you.

I just have one issue. Ever since I switched to the Alpha channel to obtain Android 14, my Sandboxed Google Play Services keeps on crashing along with crashing the app, specially if I give access to an app to location / GPS services. Here's the error code. Please look into it? Sorry, I guess I don't know how to report bugs.
