Hi guys i just got version-2023102300.
Tested Netflix, its working as normal again.
If anyone was holding out for Netflix to be fixed, you can directly upgrade to version-2023102300.

sybilsystem did you need to do anything in addition to updating GOS? My system is still showing L3. I've restarted the phone and updated to the latest version of Netflix, too.

That this showstopper is understood and that streaming video playing can be fully restored with certainty?
guser39 it works for me as well after reinstalling netflix app. Try cleaning the cache/reinstalling

I uninstalled Netflix first.
Updated GOS
Installed and login.
It worked.
