kullanici32 bootloop or was it stuck on the graphene logo ?
If it was on the logo , it was finalizing the update this could take a long time depending on how many apps.

The 2023100600 release has been replaced by 2023100800. The post has been updated with links to 2023100800. It's currently in the experimental channel but will be pushed out via the alpha channel too so the instructions above won't be necessary anymore in around an hour. Pixel Fold has been added back since the issues with it were addressed along with a bunch of other regressions reported by users.

Is fingerprint and multiple profiles back and forth issue resolved in android 14?

Skyway Yes, it entered the bootloop at the grapheneos logo, but it took 10 minutes. Normally, when you make an update, the applications optimization screen would take about 1 or 2 minutes. Anyway, now I'm trying to download and install it again.

What's with the darker shade of gray as a background to the app drawer?

GrapheneOS There are assorted aesthetic issues to address such non-functional references to Google features which aren't included in the OS in the Settings app, etc.

Why are these even in AOSP?

GrapheneOS There aren't really any significant known issues yet

This statement says nothing meaningful. Could you elaborate please.

I am experiencing that the external Lanucher is working not as intended after the update to 14. It is dissapring and I have to relunch it again.

I am running the alpha version, and my simple contacts app didn't show my davx5 contacts anymore. I didn't put too much time in it, and remove the app and running with the default gos included app now. So far all is running fine.

How do I switch from the experimental to the stable version?

Javcek The Stable release has not been released yet. The Alpha release was released yesterday. Go to Settings -> System -> System update -> Release channel and set it to Alpha. Once you do that, click on Check for updates and you should be good to go.

          Javcek You're welcome.

Running the latest alpha. I noticed I don't get popups when copying text anymore. This seems like a bug to me. Quite annoying as I now don't know for sure if something is copied. I suspect upstream bug.

As of Android 12, the user is notified when an app reads clipboard content which was set by a different app. This notice is enabled by default and can be toggled under Settings ➔ Privacy ➔ Show clipboard access. https://grapheneos.org/faq#clipboard

You mean this? Works fine for me. Check your toggles.

[deleted] that setting is about access to the clipboard. I mean it's enabled, but it's not relevant for my issue. I'm talking about e.g. copying a piece of text of this very message, and not having a toast notification that it has been copied.

I'm also noticing that not all back/return gestures are creating haptic feedback. It seems random, unable to reliably reproduce - but it's definitely happening.
