Oh thanks!
I had difficulties finding that Sandboxed Google Play
, and I definitely was not using Android Auto
through it!
I now activated the wired option for Android Auto
and was able to use it in my vehicle through cable.
However, even though I tried the wireless option, and am able to associate my phone with the vehicle through Bluetooth, when I press the "speech" button on the wheel, the car system complains the application is not up-to-date enough.
Is this a known problem?
By the way, it seems I need to have the "phone call" option activated on the Bluetooth connection for the speech button to trigger something on the car side.
If merely activate the "multimedia" option is, nothing happens.
Is this legitimate?
