Thanks for another good release, sadly the 3 button navigation still broken...

ErnestThornhill improtant info like being the only OS and software org in the world not using the word Released properly. Beta and alpha are not released. This gets asked every time and due to stubborness and wanting to.be diffwrent they refuse.to.use thenword Released properly.

temp Sounds like a connection problem. Can you try using Ethernet or a different network and see if that solves the issue?

I was confused at first, too. I think wording it as "released to alpha/beta channels" then updating the post once it hits stable would make more sense.

gosrox Except it is released. There is no alpha or beta version.

The same exact update will make its way through all three channels unless there's a problem.

If you want it immediately go to alpha. If you'd rather wait for more people to try it out first, go to another channel.

The stock updates are rolled out the same way, you just don't get to pick which group you're in.

I am having problems with this release on my P6.

Since updating my phone is randomly rebooting every 30 seconds to 30 minutes. I'm not sure how to proceed with troubleshooting or roll back.

I posted in the #testing channel on the Discord. It sounds like one other P6 user is reporting similar behavior.

    What are security updates?
Does it make more secure than previous versions

Thanks a lot for the great update again. Awesome how well the development of GOS is done by the small team. Thanks for that.

I only have a small problem: the screen no longer switches off and the device no longer locks automatically. I've set the screen lock after 30 minutes and the screen should turn off after one minute, but never turns off.

Is there a solution or workaround I could use? Otherwise I just continue locking it manually.

Sorry, but there must be a typo, because otherwise I can't see the problem with 30 minutes screen time …
The screen cannot turn off after one minute, when you have set it to 30 minutes, right?

Sometimes, in some apps the screen locks and turns off really later as wished – but it works.
I have set it to 30 seconds. And I use the app BatteryBot Pro, which is an older app, but I don't know a newer really serious working battery monitor, therefore I use this app and it is one of a few apps, where screen locking sometimes not works within 30 seconds, but within a few minutes. No problem, because it needs very few energy, but it happens.

But maybe it's just a random error with this app and it's the same error as with the brightness control, which still doesn't work properly (not a GrapheneOS error, but an Android error!).
