drtweakllc If your OS is corrupt, a factory reset won't solve that. Likely there was a hardware issue that caused this.
Do you have any data on your phone you need to recover? If so, first you can try sideloading the latest GrapheneOS release for your device. Instructions are given here:

You can sideload from recovery mode. The recovery mode can be accessed from the bootloader interface. You can access that by holding the power and volume down buttons during boot.
You may then be able to reboot you device and recover all of your data.
After that, you should reflash stock Android and then flash back to GrapheneOS. As far as I know, that's the only way to uncorrupt the OS. Instructions for both flashing stock Android and GrapheneOS are here:
