I have a Pixel 6 Pro with 2 profiles: main and sandbox. In the sandbox profile I am suddenly not able to send or receive pictures in the native Messaging app. (I can send and receive pictures in the main profile). Running Android version 15.
Suddenly can't send pictures in Messaging app
This is a known issue (not caused by GrapheneOS) that a lot of users have experienced and posted about on here. I'd read them and see if any tips/advice shared resolve your issue.
ErnestThornhill Thank you for your help. Interestingly, after the most recent OS update I received yesterday, the issue is resolved.
LibertyMomm Thanks for reporting back!
ErnestThornhill yeah, so you'd expect a web search wouldn't have this thread at the very top every time. The shared link isn't addressing this issue very well, if at all. If texting words works, then the app is functioning. The question is why images are stuck on "sending...". This is also NOT an inquiry about multiple profiles. I only text on my owner profile. So the original question was the perfect topic for a new thread. Wish you hadn't derailed it so quickly, instead of letting the discussion mature.

But the original question was about multiple profiles. And it was about some version of Messaging from four months ago, on a version of GrapheneOS from four months ago. The issue mentioned has been closed.
All in all, I think it might be best to start a new thread that clearly describes your current situation, ideally including the GrapheneOS build number and which carrier is being used.
