The past few updates (2 weeks or so) I've been randomly experiencing no SMS or calls coming in to my phone. Everything works as expected for a day or two, then I quit receiving anything. I can send out SMS and use mobile data, but anything inbound is not delivered to my phone.

Friends will message me on Signal saying "hey your phone is going straight to voicemail". I restart my phone and receive all the messages and missed calls from the last X hours.

There's no notification or indicator that I don't have service, as I can still use mobile data just fine. Full bars and everything.

Any advice here? Has anyone else seen this in the last few updates?

Have you tried manually entering APN settings for your mobile carrier?

Can confirm the same situation on two different devices (p7 and p8, latest update, LTE, 2G off) on the same mobile provider. Nobody can’t calling me, outgoing calls also not possible (silence), but i can use mobile data without any problem and receive SMS with huge delay. Also, if 2G is turn on, I can make a call, but it takes min 15-20s delay to connect.

Victus Which carrier? When did it start? Is it true in a variety of locations?

I believe this is the same issue as described in https://discuss.grapheneos.org/d/11421-graphene-os-intermittently-fails-to-ring-for-incoming-calls.

I am experiencing the exact same behaviour since around the QPR2 update: SMS and calls randomly stop working for a period of time (incoming SMS doesn't show up, incoming calls don't ring).

Restarting the phone immediately notifies me of the messages that were received and the messages show up as expected, albeit with a timestamp of the time of restart.

One of Asian carrier, its true for any location.

I posted about this issue recently on the Matrix general chat room. I don't have access to my computer so won't be able to get the exact post

Issues started with the March 14 update. I haven't done the April updates yet since I'm traveling, so I'm not sure if April update will fix it for me.

Calls work fine if I'm connected to my mobile network ONLY (and not WiFi). If I'm connected to WiFi and my device stays idle for about an hour(the exact idle duration is somewhere between 30 mins and 2 hours), the calls stop.
I have tried disabling/enabling WiFi Calling, but nothing helped.

Before the March 14 update, my WiFi Calling was set to be enabled.

Someone on Matrix suggested me to install Carrier Services, but that didn't fix it either

I have been using LTE only for the past 10 days and the calls are working fine. But I'd really like to connect to my WiFi when I'm at home without worrying about losing calls.. In the 1st week of the issue, I actually lost calls to a couple of job offers since I didn't know about the issue.

I'm happy to work with someone to help debug this from a user perspective
