Hi. Can you help me, please
I have updated my device to the latest firmware. I was using it as usual and the phone started rebooting by itself when using it. Now it has rebooted and after that it won't turn on. When it turned on after rebooting it wrote Kernel ccrash.
Even if you press the + and power key it does not react in any way. If you connect it to a computer, you can hear the sound of connection and nothing else.
The last time it froze it turned on 5 hours after it froze. This has not happened now
Please help me what can be done?

Shutnik If you connect it to a computer, you can hear the sound of connection and nothing else.

Who makes the sound, the phone or the computer? Is it possible that the screen is broken but the phone is running? It might be productive to ask a repair shop for advice.

Sorry to hear that, that doesn't sound good.

If the phone won't boot normally you can try to enter the bootloader interface. With the phone off hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time.

From there you will hopefully be able to enter recovery mode. One possibility there is sideloading the latest release, see https://grapheneos.org/usage#updates-sideloading for instructions.

de0u The computer is making a sound. No the screen is not broken, it's fine. Otherwise it would vibrate when you press the power button

Have you tried forcing a reset by holding the power button for 60 seconds?

treequell No I can't get into bootloader mode
The phone doesn't respond to forsing reset either.
I'm sure it's a software error, but I don't know how to fix it.

Shutnik If you can't get into the bootloader or force a reset, then your phone is unusable. As @de0u says, one suggestion is to take it to a repair shop, but it sounds like you likely will need to replace your phone.

Shutnik The Pixel 5A has some hardware issues. I had mine poop out on me recently. Contact Googles repair team.

If you have warranty they will replace it
