Hi all,
I'm trying to use the photo translation feature of Google Lens in a fully offline manner. I've installed Play Services, the Google Search app and Google Lens in a work profile, and Google lens works correctly for the most part, but for some reason I'm unable to download any languages for offline translation, which is the only feature I'm interested in. When I attempt to download a language, it just gives a nonspecific "Can't download" error message. Has anyone else experienced this problem and/or knows what might cause this issue? Thanks in advance!

The issue was that I wasn't signed into a Google account in the play store, which is required for downloading the languages.

      I can't get this to work. Did the same steps as the OP.

      Can somebody who uses his/her device logged in into google, check it if this still works?

      I just tried. Google Lens downloaded translation languages just fine. At first try downloads stopped at 75%, but after restarting the app it downloaded fine.

      I've downloaded a bunch of languages and I'm not signed into any account. I don't even have any of the google services, or framework etc. installed. No play store either. Just graphene as it came. But, I cannot get the camera/live translation to work. I get the "google lens" error. So I installed google lense. But I still get the same error. And still can't do any translations.
