Can someone please explain why is this happening every once in a while, it blocks me out for 55 seconds, sometimes for 55 minutes. My viber is I blocked with my number. I don't want the same to happen on WhatsApp. Is
WhatsApp Temporary ban because of violation..

Here is the screenshot of the ban
Probably because they are scumbags.
Did you download it from Aurora by chance?

I had a similar problem with the Fongo (free voip number) app. My account was suspended because I was using an unauthorized app store, in this case Aurora Store, to install it. I confirmed that with the app developer and found out that they only will allow installed from supported app stores (e.g. Google Play, Apple, Amazon)
I didn't realize that there are identifiers in the OS that show where the app is installed. Settings > Apps > select your app > and page down to the bottom where the Store / App Details is shown. If it's not the Google Play Store, it will state Aurora Store, F-Droid etc.
Resurr Installing WhatsApp from Aurora has resulted in suspended WhatsApp accounts before, I believe.
The workaround is to install from their website instead: https://www.whatsapp.com/android
This happened to me once before, and I always install the apk directly from whatsapp.com, not Aurora.
If you install the APK directly from the WhatsApp website, does it include an automatic updater as well (like at Signal), or how should you update the app once installed? If you install WhatsApp via the website and update it with Aurora, does this also lead to a ban?

It does. It also works well without the Play services and has its own push implementation.
To contribute to a discussion I had my WhatsApp account banned on iOS device, presumably for using a VoIP number (but might also be other heuristics). I appealed through the app and was reinstated within a day. Telegram also does this.
Ok thanks!
