Hello. I installed GSF, Google Play, etc from the Apps app. I logged in with a Google account to the Google Play Store app. I ensured that battery is unrestricted on all Google Services related apps and network permissions has not been revoked. Discord is also unrestricted. Discord was then installed from Aurora Store. All notifications are enabled in the app as well as the Settings app. Phone has been restarted as well. Other GSF features appear to work, specifically location works fine on other apps. Currently Discord notifications do not work in any capacity. Thank you in advance.

stefani000 If you're logged into the Google Play Store, you may as well install the app from Google Play Store.

If you want to install from Aurora Store, you don't need to be signed into Google Play Store.

The 3 Google apps and Discord all need network permission, and Google Play Services needs unrestricted battery usage. No other app permissions are required.

I checked the settings you mentioned and they are all enabled and/or not revoked. I tried uninstalling Discord and reinstalling from the Play Store and no change. Other apps that require GSF notifications appear to work properly.

stefani000 I've been experiencing the same issue with discord.. any updates on this? Did you manage to make it work?

Kher Actually I was able to resolve this. One thing to note is that if you have the linux Discord client open it will not send notifications to the phone (this may be true for Windows as well). The fix for me appeared to be disabling and then re-enabling (just cycling) the notifications setting on Google Play Services and Google Services Framework apps

Hi, the setting to turn off notifications for the framework is grayed out so I can't do it, my discord notifications worked perfectly until I decided to uninstall play services one time and now even after installing it all back it doesn't work

dhdhsjcndns if that's the case, you'll have to reinstall Discord so it can be set up again. You can also try clearing the Discord app's storage.
