To be honest, I still have questions.
GrapheneOS is considered the gold standard when it comes to security and privacy. I just want to learn more about this.
This would for me to actually involve looking at different OSes and compare them against GrapheneOS to learn why the GrapheneOS developers have made the choices they have made. Even more important is to be able to ask about the details about how the developers have concluded the statements against the competing roms.
I'm on stock Android right now, having a Pixel with GrapheneOS laying on my desk at home besides my two old devices with the fore-mentioned competing rom. My migration from stock Android failed this summer, trying several different roms, including GrapheneOS. Before trying again, I'd like to do good research and make a choice that fits my needs and to learn why or why not in the same process.
Like I said previously, there are no hard feelings. Just more questions. I'm currently doing investigations on my own on this matter.
If there should be a rule here on not mentioning the other roms, then I will comply.
