So I enabled Exploit Protection Compatibility Mode for this app, launched Lumafusion, doesnt work. Forced stop the app, lauched again the app, doesn't work.
I switched back to my main profile (Lumafusion is installed in another profile), then "Settings > Security > Disable Secure App Spawning", rebooted. Switched back to the other profile, launched Lumafusion, doesn't work.

Go to Settings > Apps > Play Store > Install Unknown apps > Enable "Allow access to Android/obb folder" if it's disabled. Uninstall Lumafusion and install it again through Play Store and see if it works.
Also, you mentioned it's on a profile, can you try it on the owner profile and see if it works? I don't see why the profile would make a difference, but it's worth a shot.

As for installing in my owner profile... Does it have any security/privacy related problems? As I created a profile to install apps from the Play Store... And I am using a different vpn location in both profiles.

Maybe try to enable native code debugging via the toggle in Settings ➔ Security?
Do you think I can get Lumafusion to work in GrapheneOs? If not I will ask the Play Store to be refunded...

At this point, beyond trying to grant more permissions to Play Services/the app itself to see if that makes it tick, I'm afraid I don't have many ideas, I'm not sure what could be causing this. Did you observe any other reports of this nature in Play Store reviews or anything similar?
matchboxbananasynergy only thing I can recommend at this point after doing as you suggest is for Arnauld to do grab a bug report SETTINGS>SYSTEM>DEVELOPER OPTIONS>BUG REPORT>INTERACTIVE while trying to launch the app.
Grep it to then see what can be found. If not confident to do it yourself, first do a shout out in our Testing Room on Matrix: https://matrix.to/#/#testing:grapheneos.org and if you don't get a bite from a dev (do not direct ping them) then create an issue on the tracker: https://github.com/GrapheneOS/os-issue-tracker/issues mentioning this thread and mentioning that you have e-mailed the bug report to: contact@grapheneos.org.
matchboxbananasynergy Ok, thank you for your help anyway. I will ask for a refund of Lumafusion and use another video editor.
I tried this app yesterday and it's still won't launch. Contacted support and they confirmed it's a no go:
"GrapheneOS is actually not compatible with LumaFusion. It does not natively support Google Services which is the foundation that LumaFusion is built."
Too bad, I've really enjoyed this app on my iPad and iPhone before I got my Pixel 7. This is the first app I can't run with GrapheneOS (and I use a number of bank apps).
suderman Their response doesn't make sense. It should work just fine with Sandboxed Google Play even if they have Google Play dependencies. It is very unlikely they're doing something that requires functionality that Sandboxed Google Play doesn't yet support.
matchboxbananasynergy I thought it strange and did tell them I was using sandboxed Google Play services. I assume they just don't think it worth digging into. Too bad, because it's a really slick video editor on iOS.
