Wonderien A bit ironic that this behavior is the same as Google or certain apps' blanket distrust towards any non-stock OS like GrapheneOS.
Google's Play Integrity at this point approves releases of their and partner OS's that are EOL and unpatched and vulnerable, while rejecting GrapheneOS, which is harder to break into. Personally I find that ironic.
If the moderators of this forum don't want it used to send traffic to web sites that advertise that they ship apps modified to behave differently than the authors of those apps intend, personally I don't find that ironic. There are many examples of modified apps including malware, and the GrapheneOS project works hard to protect members of the community from malware.
While "all modifications of any kind by anybody are wrong, even modifications that improve security and are open-source" might be an unreasonable stance, that is different from "web sites that make closed-source changes to closed-source apps are risky".
