I am unable to make/receive calls while roaming, but I have 5G internet connection and I can send SMS messages just fine. Please help me fix this issue.

Context/info:

  • running the latest stable release at the time of writing this post (2025021100)
  • I made sure roaming is enabled (both in phone and carrier settings)
  • in the GOS SIM card settings menu, the phone number is "unknown" (this may or may not be relevant)

      You have probably selected LTE only as your preferred network type. Other this in the settings of your Sim in LTE or 5G.

      Is "Allow 2G" in your SIM Card Settings "on"? A lot oft providers dont provide VoLTE in Roaming so the call will go via 2G
