I had the same problem since 10.94
Nothing helped.
I reinstalled 10.94 and after the verification mail i had the same empty screen with no access.
After disabling pi-hole, i was able to login again :-)

Giving my 2 cents here, my only issue is indeed with the fingerprint/biometric login. The app works fine until I activate the biometric signing. As soon as I do that, I can't login, I have that same screen showing "Welcome back, <my name>" and nothing else (not even the fingerprint screen).
I have the 10.94 app version freshly installed through Aurora Store in the owner profile without gplay services.
No exploit protections given, I have all the defaults.
Latest version of GOS up to this day (2025091000) on a Pixel 9 pro.
The pixel integrity toggle does not show up at all.

@GrapheneOS is it possible to fix this fingerprint thing? Assuming you can guess why this is happening.

Interesting. I have 10.96 installed from Google Play store in the secondary profile (with Google services of course) and everything works.

fingerprint stop working in revolut if you remove Google play store i tested it on my pixel 7p latest GOS latest revolut app if you reinstall play store and play services it will start working again i installed revolut in aurora store

Doesn't work on Pixel 7pro on 2025091900 after I had to update it to 10.96.

Re installed using Play Store & Aurora.

I reinstalled Graphene to lock bootloader and it now works ( app from Aurora).
Strangely on my Pixel 5 on Graphene and unlocked bootloader it works.

Has anyone experienced issue with passing face verification? I follow instructions, photo capturing freezes and then nothing happens (gpservices on or off - doesn't matter).

mmobder I had video verification fail in the other app, I had to install brave, temporarily make it a default browser, and then it worked. Try with this or DDG?

After upgrading from 10.93 to 10.96 I also face the issue with just being welcomed with "Hi, ..." and no further interaction possible. The logs don't really reveal anything. Was anybody able to fix this issue? I do not have google services installed.

Don't want to uninstall gcam so only gos' system is left.

For those who can't pass face verification while logging into Revolut for the 1st time - check if all is good with your camera and gallery app install.
I had gCam set as default and couldn't pass the verification. Once the app has captured the photo it's just stuck. Once I have reverted the default cam back to GOS stock, it went smoothly.
However, it may have been caused by the fact I don't have gCam-compatible Gallery app.

My Revolut app has also stopped working recently. Upon opening see the "Good evening, NAME" message with no further interaction available. No option to authenticate with the fingerprint.

Latest GOS update and Revolut app updates installed. Secondary user profile without Google framework/services. App is downloaded through Aurora anonymous on main owner profile and pushed to the secondary user profile.

I rely on Revolut a lot and can see other people having the same issue - but also see other people have the same setup but do not experience any issues...?

It is in poor taste from Revolut to block-list GOS and am considering my options. Any ideas or ETAs on workarounds or is the best option to look for alternatives?

If I "copy" Revolut to Private Space in non-owner profile, I get "Unsupported App Store" in this PS instance. The app outside of PS works fine so far. I've tried to add play services, play store to PS, etc - nothing has helped.

For me its been 2 months since I cannot get Revolut working in my Pixel 8a now running 2025100300, with Revolut installed via Aurora Store Anonymous v10.99.1; installed in Owner profile with no Google Play services enabled, and sideloaded to secondary profile with no GPS, it just says "Unsupported App Store".

Roping3984 Install it with the sandboxed Play Store. We plan to eventually add a feature using source stamp checks to mark apps which are verified to be distributed by the Play Store as installed from it for apps checking it.
