I have found quite a few people who are having the same issue I'm just wondering if it is everybody with the Pixel 7/7P or just some of us?
Has anyone with a Pixel 7/7P got Wifi Calling working?
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work for me.
(Pixel 7 Pro, Telekom.de)
I found the setting "Use WIFI calling" and activated it, but doesnยดt work. (Tested with airplane mode and activated WIFI).
I would also like to have icons in the status bar for VoLTE and VoWIFI...

Beerman maybe a dumb question does this include calls through other apps like WhatsApp and signal? How about through ethernet?
I just tested VoLTE, and it works fine for me.

But VoWIFI does not.
At my side not even VoLTE is working. I think VoLTE and VoWIFI problems are connected.
Verizon user here and WiFi Calling does not work for me. Worked on this same device (P7P) on stock Android before I switched to GOS. I commented about this on the issue tracker:

I have AT&T. I performed the following steps:
- Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Wi-Fi calling > Use Wi-Fi Calling [on]
- Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Wi-Fi calling > Use Wi-Fi Calling > Calling preference > Call over Wi-Fi
- Shortcuts (from a pull down) > Internet > AT&T > [turned cell service off]
- I called my son without issue.
I think it's a carrier issue, not GrapheneOS.
dcd-graphenediscuss I don't have "WI-Fi calling" option in my SIMs menu, but I know for a fact that my carrier have this feature. (Works VoLTE and VoWIFI perfectly with he same SIM on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro phone)
I did step 1, but I cannot find the settings for step 2.
Wifi Calling did work with the same SIM card and my previous phone (oneplus 6)

dcd-graphenediscuss I just did the same test and, after disabling mobile data .... was able to make a call as well as receive and answer a call.... Hmm, this means that WiFi is working
I'm on Verizon.
My assumption posting upthread about WiFi calling not working was the fact that my phone constantly misses and drops calls as well as "Voice over WiFi: Unavailable" under "IMS Status" in the testing menu screen. I guess, I need to look deeper into this ...
Would aforementioned test I did be a conclusive way to test WiFi calling or is there anything else I could test?
f13a-6c3a nothing else to test, if you can make standard telephony calls via wifi using the stock dialer app then wifi calling is active.
Different carriers have different thresholds for what causes wifi calling to 'kick in'. It can depend both on what your cellular strength is at as well as your WiFi strength/quality.
The proper way of testing Wifi Calling is to enable Airplane Mode, then only turn on Wifi and make a call. The dialer app should display a Wifi icon or text indicating that it is a Wifi call but this varies between carriers.
Turning off the cellular toggle from the Internet quick tile does NOT force a Wifi call and it doesn't prevent you from making standard cellular calls.
