Yeah you need Google Photos and give it network permission the first time, so it enables the feature flags for the Pixel-exclusive features.

Then all of them will work flawlessly.

Hi - I'm unable to mount MTP under linux (arch). I posted here: https://discuss.grapheneos.org/d/15233-anyone-with-mtp-issues-on-pixel-9

    I've since tried:

    1. jmtpfs
    2. MTPfs

And aft which is what I typically use.

I also tried setting 'USB-C' port to "On" which is supposed to disable all protections.

Lemme know what else I can try; my backups from pixel 7 were done with same usbC cable, I also tried the one the pixel9 shipped with. I have rebooted a few times, Transfer File mode is on & the device shows up on the OS.

Yes please, thanks for the offer. It would be very nice. I'm on the edge if I gonna buy it for family member who are interested in those AI camera photo editing features.

      nchrtd Yep, is working.
      Don't forget to:
      a) you cannot install it if you have installed GPhotos in any profile
      b) You need to allow the app to access Photos and Media (via the permission or via the storage scopes (/sdcard/DCIM/Camera))

TrustExecutor What kind of features specifically? I tried Magic Eraser and it worked but not sure what's new in Pixel 9 or anything specific

Thanks for the quick support, awesome!

One thing I noticed is that after I put the clock widget on screen in a user profile and then switch to owner and back the clock widget disappears from the user profile screen

doodle Awesome. For other features, there are for example a feature where you can take group photos interactively, where you hand over the photo to a friend and both of you gets in the picture.

I was wondering if Pixel Studio will be available?
