Hello, what would you advise me to do to get rid of ads on the internet?

Kiwi browser with unlock origin extension and brave are two options I use.
If you Kiwi browser, switch away from bing search. On bong search the UI switches which is how you know it's passing your info to their 3re party advertiser. Not ideal I know.

Multiple answers depending on your level of tech savviness:

  • use a web browser capable of such a thing, natively (e.g. Brave) or with an extension (e.g. Firefox + ublock origin)
  • block ads at DNS level device-wide (blokada, rethink). These apps generally act as VPN providers and filter out content coming from the Intertubes.
  • block ads at DNS level network-wide, at home for instance, using tools like Pi-Hole.

ProtonVPN can do that. I use and recommend it. Blocks ads in all apps.

Thanks, I found the solution I changed the DNS by dns.adguard.com. It's the only free one that blocks ads well

I personally just use Mull (Firefox Fork) and use uBlock Origin extension. It works great.
