I had the same experience yesterday. Full cell coverage and I'm sitting with my phone in front of me on the desk. A colleague tried to call me on both sim numbers but all I got was a notification of a missed call and a voice mail a while later.
Graphene OS intermittently fails to ring for incoming calls

Also OP, who is your provider?
They may have just had an oops!
Blastoidea
All bars.
Eirikr70
Correct. Usual calls.
Blastoidea
Boost Mobile. No, everything is okay on their end.

I have the same problem for months with the P8 and P6a. Both phones have different providers (Telekom and O2).
It also occurs in airplane mode with voWiFi.
I should include that my signal strength is -95 dBm, and seldom is worse than -100 dBm, so I wouldn’t expect o have problems.
donotworrybehappy Some questions:
- Is this in the owner profile or a secondary user profile?
- If in a secondary user profile, have you removed or disabled the phone app in the owner profile?
- Are you using the stock phone app or are you using a different one?
- Do you have any issues with outgoing calls?
- Edited
I also experience this intermittently. Using the owner profile, it can happen for regular mobile calls, vowifi calls and signal calls. Using GOS phone app and play store version of signal with play services installed and background battery enabled
DND not enabled, all ringtones and notifications are on loud. outgoing calls are never an issue
- No secondary user profile.
- Stock phone app
- No issues with outgoing calls
Yes. I've been having the same problem. T-mobile, Pixel 6, only one profile, Google Dialer.
Pretty sure i've had this as well. I thought i just missed it but now that i think back i had it on my desk with sound on.
Its very rare though, at least for me. But i dont get frequent calls either.

I'm happy to have found someone else experiencing the same thing. At least I'm not the only one. Thanks for responding.

I'm no more popular but when I do get a call it disturbs me that I can miss a call when the phone is right in front of me. Hopefully GrapheneOs people will see these comments and take a look at it. Thanks for responding.
donotworrybehappy You can try resetting the settings in Settings > System > Reset options > Reset mobile network settings
Also, does the phone app have permission to display over other apps?
Same problem, driving me nuts as it seems I miss every few calls. @other8026 phone app on my phone has display over permission. Some calls act normally so it does not seem to be a permissions issue. When it happens the phone shows as off the hook in the top status bar, and when I pull the notifications I can see the incoming call and get to it. But there's no ring sound and the phone app UI does not launch. I had wifi calling enabled (TMobile), just disabled it and will see if that helps.
I can confirm, the problem occurs quite often, every 2 days or so

Disable wifi calling It fixes the issue.
Settings > Network&Internet > Calls & SMS > Wi-Fi calling

With so many people saying they have this issue, I'd suspect this is a new upstream bug introduced in QPR2. It looks like @3zlgi8vre fixed the issue on their end by disabling wifi calling. Can some of you try that too?
I've checked the issue tracker and didn't see any mention of others with this issue so it would be nice to have more info if possible. More people testing the wifi calling thing would be very helpful, especially if it does fix the issue for more people.
