I'm really happy GOS enabled call recording recently.

What I find curious tho is why when trying to play back the audio GOS offers "Open with Android Open Source Music Player", which doesn't support any of the audio formats. Be it m4a, amr, wav or mp3. It's basically useless or it just seems the app isn't even actually there?

How do you guys handle this? Do you use a different app e.g. some sound recorder app, which can also playback sound/call recordings?

    whatever There are good ones in Fdroid. Metro is extremely good but so is Phonograph. These can play most formats. Even more so the ones above.

      Can't it just get access to the audio file via content://* uri provided by aosp dialer or some file manager
