Main number and network is provided by the carrier that provides the physical SIM.

I also have an eSIM for a number/network that I'll use in a separate profile. I am having trouble activating it, however.

I scanned the provided QR code, and it went through the eSIM setup on the phone and acted as if all was good. I have currently set where only my mobile data goes over the eSIM network, but testing with SMS/Voice also showed the problem.

It doesn't appear I can connect to the network.

The carrier provides manual instructions for setup, which requires me to enter the following:
1. SM-DP+ Address
2. Activation Code
3. Confirmation Code (if available)

And they state, "On Pixels and some other Android phones settings must be entered as one combined string, so we provide it on your order page too. "

Trouble is, I can't find any of these settings,.

When reviewing the SIM on the list of SIM cards it doesn't show it connected to a network and doesn't show a phone number (yet). How can I enter the order details provided to me manually to try to resolve this? I already did the initial setup from the QR Code and it failed.

Any ideas?

I found where I can disable "Automatically Select Network" and manually select AT&T, which is correct, but it will not connect to it.

I think I need to add the SM-DP+ / Activation Code / Confirmation Code somewhere manually and for the life of me can't seem to find the instructions on how or where to do this.

Have you called your carrier's support and if so what do they have to say?

the eSIM should require internet access (wifi or a different cellular data connection) to activate. After scanning the eSIM qr code did you give the phone internet access for the eSIM to activate?
