Hey Guys, please do not carried away with this Six thing….
Whilst I agree that some websites may be linked to iPhones and other high market share offerings and big each other up I was shocked by the criticism of Pixel’s 6 series phones and its Tensor chip being so bad at draining the battery putting it near the bottom of their database.
I’m still looking at the 6a but now having doubts about what I thought was a rosy picture as in indeed you guys paint. My beloved Pixel 3a is still going strong after more than two years.
What do you think about these reports and tests?
Should this be posted under a different topic – please edit my post if you think so…?

6th generation Pixels pretty much work perfect now on Android 13.

flawedworld Does Android 13 improve battery life? Cannot see this happening?
Tensor dramatically draining battery is not what I would describe as "pretty much work perfect."

6a here. Absolutely no problem with battery.

flawedworld Wondering if there are any instances to substantiate your take on battery drain..?
It would appear rather than alleviate battery drain, Android 13 seems to be the root cause.
The consensus of opinion is not hard to find – pretty unanimous by all accounts.
Struggling to get through the day….

I'm ready to buy a 6a or a 6pro. i like the size of the smaller 6a. is the pro much better in performance using graphene? what is your opinion? thanks

biscuit_tosser_88 After looking at the 3 phones, I decided to go with the Pixel 6. The 6 Pro is too big, and the 6a lacks camera features and RAM that I wanted. I'm happy with my choice thus far.

This Pixel 6 with Graphene OS is easily the best phone I've ever had.
