Is it possible to replace OS notification bar behavior overall in app?
For example grid sliding behavior, customize type of messages displayed, etc..

ORahmo Do you mean the status bar?

What do you mean by grid sliding behaviour?

You can customise the notifications shown by each app by going to Settings > Notifications > App Settings. You can tap the to switch notifications for that app off/on or by tapping the app name to customise the notifications more granularly.

Basically I am looking for a way to create notification bar (Right and Left) like iOS
and to be able to customize it accordingly

ORahmo I have never used iOS, and it's not clear to me what exactly you mean. Perhaps you can find a screenshot on the internet to show?

iOS have 2 Notification bar where you can either slide it from the top left or Right corner.
The sliding space "where you can drag the either bar" starts from the top of the screen to 1 cm down "give or take"

so basically you have 2 notification bars which can be dragged from limited grid space from either left or right top corner
