Hi forum folk,

When I try to slide the Settings "Use SIM" toggle to disable my Twilio eSIM, I get the following error message:

"Can't disable operator
Something went wrong and your operator could not be disabled"

I can disable the physical SIM in my phone (a Pixel 6a), and I have a feeling that I could previously toggle the eSIM as well. But not now. Has anyone else experienced anything similar, or have ideas on how to fix this?

Grateful for thoughts and suggestions!

SL

SmartLife2023 it seems that you disabled "privileged eSIM management". You have to enable it to manage your eSIM profiles, including adding, enabling, disabling and removing eSIM profiles. Note that this feature requires the Sandboxed Play Services. More about here

Grateful if someone could mark this as resolved and closed.
