Hi there is it possible to have per app security locks and dual app modes that allows for different accounts on the same user?

Regarding security locks, it's up to the app to implement that if it is to be done properly. Many apps which store sensitive data do that.
afaik third party app locks don't work properly. I remember one GOS dev talking on matrix about how third party implementations of security locks are bypassable, and shouldn't be relied upon.

It's not possible to have two different versions of the same app in one user profile. Some apps like Twitter allow you to sign into my multiple accounts within the same app. The other option is to install the app twice. The second time in a different user profile or a work profile.

Just to add to the second portion:
What about dual messenger functionality Samsung offers? That with Knox on top of it means I can have three different messaging platforms to switch back and forth between seamlessly. With GOD I'd have to completely switch users and re-unlock the user every time.

Even just dual messaging would be game changing (according to Samsung only certain apps supported it, so maybe it's something they do that GOS could hook into in a similar way?).

Dubz use Private Space or create a work profile through Shelter and there you have your 3 copies of the messaging app.

DeletedUser87 honestly I keep forgetting about private space being a thing on here so that may work. Shelter could too, might have to check that out. Thanks.
