I've tried a few searches (may be trying too hard) to get info about this. In call speaker phone only outputs audio to bottom speaker, and top speaker is silent. Not happening with music, video playing, so it's not a hardware issue. Just loaded the OS and noticed this on the first call I got. Is this the stock phone app? Suggestions on what I can try to correct this?

Some extra notes on my setup. Got this used off eBay, locked to T-Mob, and waited the 40 days and still had to contact support 3 times to get my unlock, because when they asked where I bought it, I said eBay. The question they are really asking was where was it first bought. I asked my seller, but they didn't have the information. I was lucky in having bought a global model, and not a US model, so I checked Google Store for warranty info, and since they had my device info, I gave that to T-Mob support and they got my unlock for me. They don't like doing dual numbers with the eSIM setup on these, but I did manage to convince support to do it for me. The need to active your eSIm with a number before you scan the QR code, and my first try support had me scan the code first. Anyways, I was hoping that might be helpful for someone, and hopefully someone knows what I need for speaker phone to work on both speakers. Thanks.

FieryZen I went straight to GrapheneOS before trying stock. Does speakerphone use both speakers in stock?

    FieryZen

Pixel 7 here with GrapheneOS. Made phone call with speaker on. Audio outputted in both the top and bottom speaker.

I have the same experience on the Pixel 5. I also don't remember if top speaker worked before grapheneOS.
