Can GrapheneOS, Apps & Data be Cloned Between Identical Pixel 6 Pros?

Am currently trying to do a SeedVault-based backup/restore from a used and damaged Pixel 6 Pro to a brand new Pixel 6 Pro.

But wonder if there's an app or method that would let me clone the old phones OS, Apps & data to the new phone via a USB C cable or an intermediary image file.

Unfortunately, no, there's no way to do that.

I remember the times where Titanium Backups and a good nandroid backup were current things. But if I mind security nowadays, I don't think I'd like that.

It would be 99% possible if Graphene did a basic thing and ignored the allowbackup manifest flag, which lets developers arbitrarily decide not to let users back up their own data from their own devices.
