Checking if anyone has seen this - or has a possible cause... (very likely NOT anything to do with GOS).

I use: Google FI and have the app on my GOS P6P.
I use: GOS phone (but have switched back and forth).
A couple days ago I had my Google FI SPAM settings to block calls that Google has identified as spam. (Note: there are 3 options: 1) block calls id'd as spam, 2) block all calls not found in the contacts, 3) don't block any calls

Also - there is the blocked number list (which is now empty).

On my device - in the GOS Phone app - I don't have any spam settings turned on nor any blocked numbers
(same using the google - phone)

After having several callers being blocked... I turned the Google FI SPAM setting to 'None'..

But nothing has changed... those same blocked numbers are still being blocked.

I even added them to my contacts... still being blocked.

Anyone else seeing this? Any thoughts?

(i've reported to Google FI - but don't expect any results)

lcalamar Not sure what exactly might be causing this. Are you receiving calls from other phone numbers? Are you able to make phone calls yourself?

treequell Yes - most numbers are unaffected and no issues making any outbound calls.

It 'feels' as if the 'spam' setting wasn't cleared - and/or once a number was blocked - it is ignoring the change to the settings...

I checked all my Google FI settings - both in my phone app and in the Web UI... unfortunately the Web UI doesn't have the same spam settings (really none)... so that creates some questions... if perhaps the google FI app isn't changing the settings 'at google'... due to GOS?
