torpp thank you for providing further context. Still there is no evidence of being "hacked". Just because apps are running in the background and are slow does not prove otherwise, especially system apps.
torpp About the apps running in the background, why are the wireless emergency, health connect, emergency information and webcam/pixel camera service always running if i disable camera, and two apps i disabled "IMS service" and samsung
It is NOT recommended to disable system apps, which is known to break critical functionality. There are some that do it on this forum, but quite often they, like you, will start a thread on the forum and complain that their device isn't working as it should, or that "I've been hacked" (not saying all do this) because they think the system apps are doing something bad.
torpp Browser is slow and some sites dont work. It was a bigger problem when i had tor browser where site index features didnt work unless i changed vpn settings.
When it comes to VPN's and TOR, it should be common knowledge that there is an impact to speed when connecting to the VPN/TOR network, searching, browsing, and downloading from the internet (especially on TOR). Yes there are nuances, but it seems to me that you may not understand what settings to change if any or may have layer multiple vpns and proxies and DNS filters. Again there could be more detail here to explain your setup. I'd suggested reading the FAQ on VPN's: https://grapheneos.org/faq#vpn-support
torpp VPN mullvad asked for "local network access" i accepted without looking at it on first install
The network permission access you that is promoted on first install simply gives the app access to the internet connection (which is essential for the app to work). However, an app that allows you to create To-Do lists will not need that permission in most cases.
torpp and i had a random bin file download
I don't understand what you mean by this. Where was this "random bin file" located? And what makes you think it was MullvadVPN that created/downloaded it?
