The only way I was able to resolve this issue was to go into "Settings" --> "Apps" --> "See all apps". In the top right hand corner hit the 3 dot bar and tap "Show System". Scroll all the way down and tap on "System Updater". Then tap on "Clear Cache". Next, and most importantly, REBOOT your device. Once your device has rebooted and you are signed back in go to "Settings" --> "System update" and tap on "Check for updates" to initiate the update manually. This should resolve all of your issues.
