It is probably better to contact your direct responsible and tell him/her thay you leave the bank if they do not fix it. Callcenter agents have nothing to say internally they are just paid for picking phones. But your responsibles bonus is linked to the number of customers that leave the company. So it is in their interest to put internal pressure on the software guys.

I too face the same issue (Pixel 8a) with the version mentioned by @graphene1728372. When I spoke to UBS on the phone, they sent me a new PIN to re-activate Access App. I've opened a support message with UBS...

I do not know where this optios is but when whatsapp show this message I clicked on "Manage more". And Whatsapp was the only app on the list that asked for thr integrity check. With UBS there is something else that they check probably.

I ordered a new letter from UBS in order to activate the app on the full stock android tablet. We can not rely on a randoms UBS updates that breaks the app.

They might just check if the OS is on their list. And the list contains just the big names.

It would be interesting to know if it is possible in GOS to check for Playintegrity without a user notification.

Well... with today's update from google play store they kept up with their promises. Access app seems the be working again.

Same here. I was told by customer support to disable accessibility features. Most my accessibility features were already off, but I turned off "Use vibration and haptics" and "Cover proximity sensor to stop speech", after which it worked. Mind you, I see now that this was on 14 May, and my phone updated to the version mentioned by Schweizer above a few hours earlier. So now I'll test with these settings turned on again... and it still works. So the version is what seems to have worked for me too.

The UBS Access app works now for me, but in the Owner profile.

It did not work in a secondary user profile.

I spoke too soon, it works sometimes by typing quickly the UBS password in the UBS Access app and going back to the UBS key 4 app but it nearly never works. I have to try multiple times... It's extremely annoying :/

Basically :
I open the UBS key4 app -> Log in with UBS Access -> UBS access opens -> Vanadium open with the page i linked above. As a result, I can't access my banking account :(

I downgraded GmsCompatLib to the OS included version and now it works like before :)

Replying here just to confirm it works. Seems also that release was actually blocked (v101) due to some other issue people had with other apps. I guess we need to wait a bit for a patched version. BTW, first thing first was already going to yell at my bank support, luckily (for them) I found this thread :)
