UBS Access App is no longer working

I have called UBS number which is shown in the error message, they also confirm again that their technical stuff is working on that issue and that they are aware of it. Seems like a general issue with Pixel Phones, I not mentioned anything about GrapheneOS. Hopeyfully they push out a patch soon

Did anybody know, how to revert to an older Version of UBS Access after re-install ? How can I re-install any older version, is that possible?

Try to install with Aurora Store. If you are lucky you can select manual install and then emter the code of the previous version : 7020000
A have an error during install process.

Otherwise there is an apk of the previous version on Apkmirror but personally I will not install a bank app from random website.

I was thinking the same thing, but when I called again, customer service said that they are working on a solution. If they didn't want to support it, why not just say that they don't support non-stock OS?

Is it possible to revert to the last working app version with something like seedvault? That way you wouldnt have to download the old version from an unsafe source.

When Whatsapp questions the Playintegrity status I get a notification. Why does this not work for banking apps?

As I was not on the phone with customer service I cannot answer that. But there is the very real possibilty they are only telling you what you want to hear.. This is what they are trained to do to a certain extend...

My post was more about to make aware of the circumstances and to consider for the Access App never working again on GrapheneOS and not waste time (and take measures) on not binding "working on" or "aware of it" statements from a professional customer pleaser..

But I hope too they mean it (really).

That's why I think it is important to report the issue to their customer service to add more 'weight' to the impact, making it more likely to be taken into consideration. One issue reported means one new case open. It also help them to assess the impact.

It is probably better to contact your direct responsible and tell him/her thay you leave the bank if they do not fix it. Callcenter agents have nothing to say internally they are just paid for picking phones. But your responsibles bonus is linked to the number of customers that leave the company. So it is in their interest to put internal pressure on the software guys.

I too face the same issue (Pixel 8a) with the version mentioned by @graphene1728372. When I spoke to UBS on the phone, they sent me a new PIN to re-activate Access App. I've opened a support message with UBS...

I do not know where this optios is but when whatsapp show this message I clicked on "Manage more". And Whatsapp was the only app on the list that asked for thr integrity check. With UBS there is something else that they check probably.

I ordered a new letter from UBS in order to activate the app on the full stock android tablet. We can not rely on a randoms UBS updates that breaks the app.

They might just check if the OS is on their list. And the list contains just the big names.

It would be interesting to know if it is possible in GOS to check for Playintegrity without a user notification.

Well... with today's update from google play store they kept up with their promises. Access app seems the be working again.

Same here. I was told by customer support to disable accessibility features. Most my accessibility features were already off, but I turned off "Use vibration and haptics" and "Cover proximity sensor to stop speech", after which it worked. Mind you, I see now that this was on 14 May, and my phone updated to the version mentioned by Schweizer above a few hours earlier. So now I'll test with these settings turned on again... and it still works. So the version is what seems to have worked for me too.

The UBS Access app works now for me, but in the Owner profile.
Version: 7.5.3.1746

It did not work in a secondary user profile.
