Raccoon7h Also, if it's in the private space, will they be able to see everything on my phone?
Apps cannot see "anything" private from your phone only the things you give them access to such as storage or contacts. They are sandboxed. They can of course figure out your device model, time, timezone, IP if connected to an online service. They can of course see what you do within the app where you tap, but they don't see what you do in other apps. They can only talk to other apps if the other app consents.
Raccoon7h I was hoping I could use the private space feature to isolate these apps from everything else.
Private space is great, it's almost like a separate user profile, with separate encryption keys. It's a great way to add an additional method of compartmentalizing apps.
Raccoon7h I can't do Separate profiles since I would never get any notifications.
You will see notifications if the profile is unlocked, the notification system the app uses (such as Google Firebase) is supported properly, the app isn't restricted from background usage, and you enable the "Send notifications to current user" function.
Raccoon7h Will these apps send notifications if they are in the private space?
If the Private Space is unlocked yes.
Raccoon7h What about with Google Play Services?
Google apps are sandboxed too, other OS' don't do that.
Raccoon7h I heard of something about Meta installing trackers sdks or something that track absolutely everything you do on your device, is that possible?
No. They track within the app I believe but someone more knowledgeable should confirm.
