  • UsbGuard implementation for GOS

Would something like UsbGuard be possible to implement in GOS? Right now my usb port is set to charging only, means I can't plug anything to it and I'd like to keep it that way with some minor exceptions like a yubikey or a headset on case battery runs out in a plane. This could allow for some flexibility while still maintaining very good security with locked down USB port.

    NetRunner88 This is part of the kernel, UsbGuard is userspace implementation only, so I guess it could be? Charging only when locked would not work I think since I would have it locked when listening to music for example..

        That's not true, this only blocks new connections. Just connect your headphones before locking the device, and you'll be fine.
