Question and Suggestions about attestation.app

I recently discovered the attestation.app service, and I must say, it’s really cool! However, I have a question about one of the parameters in the audit results:

User profile secure: yes
Enrolled biometrics: no
Accessibility service(s) enabled: no
Device administrator(s) enabled: yes, with non-system apps
Android Debug Bridge enabled: no
Add users from lock screen: no
OEM unlocking allowed: no
Main user account: yes

Will I receive a notification if, for example, OEM unlocking allowed changes to yes? Or if any other parameter changes after the initial audit? I think it would be super helpful to be alerted about such changes.
Improvement Idea 1:

It would be great if these parameters could be color-coded (e.g., green for secure values) to make the status clearer. Additionally, it would be helpful to see if we're running the latest OS version:

Pinned OS: GrapheneOS (unmodified official release)

Improvement Idea 2:

Could we have the option to rename devices? Managing multiple devices can get confusing without custom names.

I reply to myself, even though we can enroll multiple devices.
We don't have any notifications for changes in the following settings:

OEM unlocking allowed:
Android Debug Bridge enabled:
Accessibility service(s) enabled:
Device administrator(s) enabled:

It's unfortunate, as it would have been really useful to receive alerts for these changes.
