I'm curious about battery life and how it handles Android 15. One video reviewer said his phone got real hot after updating. Thanks.

    I don't see a difference compared to the previous version based on A14. Mine is 6a, too.
    Maybe a faulty app, not fully compatible with A15. Just a wild guess...

    jeffers I've not noticed a meaningful difference in battery life on my 6a. I'm still getting 2+ days between charges, though my app selection is carefully limited.

    My 6a was warmer than normal when updating and optimising apps, but then that's a pretty intensive background operation. On a day to day basis there is no difference.

    On Android 15 since stable release.
    Owned and on grapheneOS since January 2023.
    There is no more or no less battery consumption.
    I have Google play installed.

    At the end of the day with 45-55% depending usage.

    Yes it gets temporarily warm when you do an OS update. Nothing to worry about.

    6a here as well - no difference from android 14 - I have very few apps, however and only the owner profile.
