How to turn off downloading updates on mobile data?

By definition mobile data is an metered network.

me-discuss you need to do this for every app if you're on a metered connection. Usually there should be a setting in each app about when it can download files or updates. Set each to unmetered. That way metered connections are ignored.

GrapheneOS can't really control when those apps download updates. You should be able to change something in the settings for those apps to only download on wifi or not to download when on a metered connection.

GrapheneOS App Store has a similar setting.
