$300?
I knew this would come up, and rightly so. Pricing for this is a shot in the dark—I don't know of any other GOS installation services, so I set the price point based on the conversations I had with the few people I did installations for. But this is what the free market is for, right? If other people are saying this is too much, then clearly I need to lower this. So thanks for this, it's helpful.
Obviously some are gonna feel like charging anything at all is bad, but can't please everyone.
Plus, I started this mainly to donate to GOS development, since SwapMyOS kicks back a portion of the revenue to GOS. How much is the right amount for this as well? I'm sure the community has opinions about this as well, and I'd love to hear em.

Yeah fair enough. I only created a non-anonymous account here for the sake of transparency. I have another account on the forum here with a pseudonym instead. You can go to my website and find my LinkedIn, Mastodon, Twitter, Lemmy, etc. I get the amount of distrust and skepticism that occurs online (and fairly so), but that's the best I can do to show who's behind the project.
