As far as I can see, everything that we usually ask of people offering these kinds of services is present here.
Whether the price is fair or not is not up to me to judge, but prospective clients. The only worry is that they might not realize how easy it is, and therefore think that an unfair price is actually fair, but I digress.
Self-promotion of such services within official communities are a weird thing to consider, though. On one hand, we do allow people to do this and as long as they respect the rules, there's no problem, our official recommendation is and will continue to be that people do this on their own. It's cheaper, not hard, and we have community members to provide assistance when needed 24/7.
On top of that, we can't really endorse any of these services because we have no way of knowing what they are and aren't doing. We know what a regular Pixel that a user buys is flashed with when they use the official installer. When the Pixel is handed off to a third party, not so much. Thankfully we offer tools like Auditor to be able to confirm this, but it can still be an iffy thing.
I am going to say that I am in favor of this post staying up specifically because it's addressing someone's question, but we might decide to start removing similar posts if we find out that the forum starts getting flooded with such things, as, again, our official recommendation will continue to be the DIY route.
