So I have a telehealth visit coming up on Thursday, July 2nd. The company is called Talkiatry. Anyways, I have to download an app called the Healow app. Here are links to the app:

So when I open the app it goes to a screen that shows examples and a “Get Started” button, and if I click that it goes to a "Terms of Use agreement" page with a button that says “I agree to the Terms & Conditions,” and when I click that it just goes to a screen that says this and i quote:

“Sorry, we are unable to complete your request. Due to security reasons, your device may be unsupported on Healow. Please contact support for assistance,”

and then there is a code that says “HLWMOSDT003” and then a “Contact Support” button. I have already clicked the Contact Support button and filled out the form and stuff and submitted it i'v done this several times.

I would add screenshots here, but anytime I try and take a screenshot it just shows a black screen.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have tried changing every setting I know to, I have turned on exploit compatibility—I’ve done it all. I have installed it through google play store i'v tried installing it through aurora i'v tried every way possible as far as installing and uninstalling the app.

Now here is one detail that might help: when I first downloaded the app it gave me all of the problems I mentioned above, and then the next morning when I woke up I tried opening it and using it and it WORKED! I’m not sure why, but it opened up and I was able to see my dashboard and message my doctor and use the app just fine. But then it went back to doing the same things I described above. I am not sure what is going on. I’m thinking it’s just a GrapheneOS compatibility thing like with banking apps and stuff, but it worked once for me like I said, but idk like i said it did work once for me just out of the blue it started working and now it's back to not working at all.

Does anyone know what I could do to get this app to work? I am really needing it for my appointment. Thanks you very much!.

I have a Talkiatry telehealth visit on Thursday, July 2nd and need to use the healow app.

When I open it, I get through the setup and Terms & Conditions, but then I receive this error:

“Sorry, we are unable to complete your request. Due to security reasons, your device may be unsupported on Healow” (code: HLWMOSDT003).

I’ve already:

Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times
Tried different install methods (Play Store and Aurora)
Changed settings and enabled exploit compatibility
Contacted support multiple times

Strangely, the app worked once briefly the next morning after installing, letting me access my dashboard and message my doctor, but then it stopped working again and went back to the same error.

I’m using GrapheneOS, so I suspect it may be a compatibility or device security issue. I really need it working for my appointment.
