Keep in mind, US fed gov agencies can already know such information, by and large. Relatively speaking, it would be trivial considering their personnel and resources. Not to mention, eager cooperation from 100% of telcos and ISPs. I have no doubt that "the man" is aware of GOS; I do not believe that they consider usage (nor the project itself) a threat to law and order, however. Simply put, it is not a tool of obfuscation the likes of which they are known to "monitor" for such reasons.
That said, I'd happily sport a black, logo t-shirt and stickers are always cool. (Ironically?), my kids would put the stickers on their school Chromebooks, I'm sure.
