How does this relate to privacy or security? Just saying, there might be more appropriate places to ask your question.
I apologized above. It's the wrong place. I am on GOS so respect the opinions of the members here. I'm not a member on any other forums so I asked here.
Kryptos Perhaps identifying any news apps that are more privacy respecting?
Most definitely. Looking for something not intrusive if possible. I always start there then reluctantly start looking at more commercial options. Thank you for the reply
Check out The Guardian and The New York Times.
Both of them are available as Tor onion services.

Hulk This is nice. Thank you kindly
There's also SimplyNews (Although not sure if any of the instances are working) and Neuters (Reuters proxy).
Both are similar to Nitter and Invidious
MetropleX That's funny. Back in the day Headline News was the unbiased news channel. Showed earthquakes in other countries etc. Now it's a crime television station. I loved that station because it didn't lean politically. Just good ol world news.

Fhggyy5767 NewsVoice was an app I'd used previously but they closed shop, looks like https://nitter.it/SQUID_app took up the same mantle, however I checked out of news of all stripes. Haven't been out the loop on anything important, know where they are if I need them and I check 8 different sources just for the common threads, I know my own mind enough to know my bias and not to need the rest, they're all unhealthy. Individual people and my own continuous learning change my mind on the things that can be.
You may try Petrolette (look on GitHub), I use it everyday.
