Is there a Command Line Tool or App? I thought I saw somewhere you could load a full distro like Debian.

Is that needed if Linux is the underlying architecture?

I’m using several command line tools like todo.txt-cli for todo list, pass for password management, etc. Also want to run some of my own bash & python scripts. Is that possible?

Also, what’s an “app repo client?” Is that a repository tool similar to apt, pacman, etc.

Grateful for any help.

DuxBellorium the app you're looking for is likely Termux: https://github.com/termux/termux-app
It's used in this video by David Bombal over on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxOGyuGq0Ts
(This is not an endorsement or recommendation etc)

App Repo Client which you mistagged is for referencing topics/threads related to the GrapheneOS app repository and it's client known as 'Apps' in the app drawer. I've also moved to Off-Topic as it isn't directly related to GOS or it's first party apps.
