I updated to version 2022083000 today, and since the update I can't connect to my carriers network, and I can't seem to resolve this issue. Disabling my VPN didn't help, neither did restarting my phone.

Anyone experiencing a similar issue or have ideas on resolving this? I'm at a bit of a loss.

Thanks!

MetropleX Thanks for the response. Though I ended up figuring out the issue after calling my carrier. Turns out my phones IMEI was blacklisted and it just happened to be around the same time I updated my phone.

Based on what I was told I think someone got a "free" Pixel 6 when they signed up for a plan, they unlocked the phone so it wasn't tied to a carrier and stopped paying the plan, sold the phone to the business I bought it from, I bought it, 6 months later it gets blacklisted for "fraud" (lack of payment on phone plan). Now I'm stuck with an $800 paperweight. Unless I can somehow figure out a way to remove the blacklist.

sculpordwarfaquarius damn that sucks and I sympathise happened to a cousin of mine with an iPhone a few years ago.

I'll mark this as solved even if it isn't aatsifactorily. Good luck.

Contact whoever you bought it from for a refund. I they refuse, then they are participating in fraud.
If you bought it with a credit card, you should be protected from fraud. If the vendor refuses to refund the purchase, contact your credit card company and tell them you are the victim of fraud.
