Tried updating OS, app, rebooting. Toggled off/on Google Fi (my wireless service), updated Fi and play. Read about disabling RCS service, I wasn't using Google Messages, but found an RcsService app in Settings, forced stop and cleared cache. Still not receiving texts. I'm using stock messaging app and have tried Simple sms Messages. I can send messages but not receive. Any suggestions?

dstke Did receiving texts previously work on this phone with GrapheneOS and Fi?

de0u Yes. I've had GOS on my P6P for over a year. Was running Signal but had to switch to an SMS app. Just stopped receiving texts a couple of days ago.

Might have been after a software update, not sure though. I'm running TQ2A.230305.008.E1.2023040400

Turn off RCS with the extra special google website then have a someone start a "new" conversation.

Tried Google's support pages where there are instructions for turning off RCS and entered my phone number. Tried to start new conversation from another phone. No luck, still not receiving texts. Should I try to roll back GOS?

dstke uggg good luck. The fact that Google won't let someone adjust phone number/RCS management in user setting is strange. Three days ago I had a text conversation with one device sending to a recipiant and a different recieving the reply from said recipiant.

dstke Should I try to roll back GOS?

I believe downgrade protection means you can't, unless maybe if you wipe your device.

You might try calling tech support for your carrier.

You might also try an APN reset of your SIM (though I have never done this): Settings, Network&Internet, click on your carrier under "SIMs", scroll down to "Access Point Names", "..." menu.

But if this is a disagreement between Fi and your phone there is a good chance you'll need them to resolve it.

Let us know if you find a solution...

dstke Thanks for taking the time to report back!
