Apps on iOS and Android caches screencaptures to provide an image as the opening and closing animation plays. I just realized that the image was something I never actually took a picture of, but had opened the camera app and looked around. Furthermore, this happened multiple days ago, and I've taken a number of photos since. Is there anyway to disable this behavior for the camera app?

papyrus9914 I'm not sure I understand what you mean by opening and closing animation, animation for what?
[deleted] Like how when you open and close apps the icon stretches. It actually does that to a cached image that is occasionally readable when the system is slow for whatever reason.
